I arrived about 10 min early figuring I was going to have to wait to get my shot. I was seen in less than 5 min went to the back I barely sat down and was called and shown a room. The tech came in gave me my shot and I was on my way in less than 15 min. Now that is what I call great service

We had a bill bc the office had billed the wrong insurance. I had an appt for 3:40. The wouldnt allow me to see the dr and I lost my place in line. They then directed me to the walk-in side. My appt was at 3:40 and I saw the dr at 5:30! I was in a lot of pain and had come for help. Instead, I was mistreated and humiliated.
